Bihar Politics: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar called a meeting of all the MLAs and MPs of his party Janata Dal (United) on Tuesday. This meeting is a sign of his anger and a growing confrontation with alliance partner BJP. Many speculations are being made about the coalition government of Bihar. We will tell you about 5 things due to which Nitish is angry with BJP.

Nitish wants Bihar Assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha to be removed. The Chief Minister has lost his cool on Sinha several times. Nitish Kumar has alleged that Sinha has openly violated the Constitution by raising questions against his government.

Not getting proper representation in the central government
JDU in June 2019 Narendra Modi Nitish had become angry with the BJP after he was offered only one post in the government. He retaliated by including eight of his party colleagues in the expanded Bihar cabinet, leaving one vacant for the BJP.

Simultaneous elections in the states and the center
The JDU chief is against simultaneous state and national elections. The idea of holding simultaneous elections to the states and Parliament has been given by PM Modi, which has been strongly opposed by the opposition. This was one of those issues where the JD(U) and the opposition remained united.

Nitish unhappy with the selection of BJP ministers
Sources say that Kumar wants to interfere in the selection of BJP ministers in his cabinet. According to sources, if this happens, this move could weaken Home Minister Amit Shah’s alleged hold on Bihar, who is believed to have controlled the state by appointing people close to him as ministers.

Nitish is not angry with the symbolic representation at the center
BJP is also angry at Nitish Kumar’s offer of symbolic representation as Union ministers to allies by the central government. Former Union minister RCP Singh, who resigned from the JDU on Saturday, approached the BJP leadership directly, bypassing Nitish to become a Union minister. JDU national president Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh said on Sunday, “What is the need to join the Union Cabinet? The Chief Minister had decided in 2019 that we will not be a part of the Union Cabinet.”
