Tamil Nadu Girl Marriage: Indian girl has got approval to marry US boy online. The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has allowed Vasami Sudarshini, a resident of Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, to get married online. Both are very happy with this decision. The marriage was really happening because Rahul L Madhu was not able to come to India. Justice GR Swaminathan has directed to conduct the marriage in the presence of three witnesses.
Wasmi had filed a petition in the court a few days ago regarding online marriage. Wasmi told the court that she wanted to marry Rahul of Indian origin and he is currently living in America. He has the citizenship of USA itself.
Why did you have to wait for thirty days?
Vasani said in the court that we had appeared before the marriage registrar but we had to wait due to the condition of 30 days but even after a month nothing was done on our marriage application. Rahul did not have leave, so he went back to America. Before going to USA, Rahul gave an affidavit that he gives the right to all the proceedings related to marriage registration. For this reason, there was a demand to get married through video conferencing.
