Nupur Sharma Row: The controversy over former BJP leader Nupur Sharma does not seem to stop. The latest case is from Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh where phone calls and voice calls from Pakistan numbers were made after comments made in support of Nupur Sharma’s post on social media. Threatening messages started coming on Calls Voice Calls. Police has registered a case (FIR) against unknown person in this case.

Threats are being received from the phone number of Pakistan

According to the Kotwali police of Khandwa, Madhav Jha, president of the Student Army Organization, a resident of Nakoda Nagar, reached the police station along with some of his members. He lodged a complaint with the police station that he was being threatened continuously by international calls since the night of 26 July. He told that voice messages came on WhatsApp from the international number (+923232247201). In which the messager was threatening to kill him along with abusing him.

Actually, it is being speculated behind this threat that Madhav Jha and some of his associates had commented on social media in favor of Nupur Sharma. Khandwa SP has said to investigate the whole matter and take high level action. CSP Poonamchandra Yadav has registered a case.

The leader of the Hindu organization said – Pakistan sleeper cell is active

Ashok Paliwal, a leader associated with the Hindu organization, has expressed strong objection in this matter and has demanded action against those who threaten. Ashok Paliwal says that if there is a threat from Pakistan in a small city, it means that the sleeper cell of Pakistan is doing its work in small towns too. It should be thoroughly investigated.

SP said – full investigation is being done in the matter

Khandwa SP Vivek Singh has said that at present the police have registered a case against unknown person and investigation is going on. The SP has said that the youth had received threatening messages and voice messages from Pakistan’s number, which are indecent. He was threatened with death. A case has been registered against the unknown mobile holder and the telephone agency has been informed. Also, the police is constantly in touch with the youth regarding security.
