UP ATS has revealed that Saifullah has also used codewords at many places in the mobile chat, which has been decoded by the forensic team. The ATS said that Saifullah had sent several locked PDF files to Nadeem, which are being tried to be unlocked. Saifullah is considered a link between the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed and Tehreek-e-Taliban. Saifullah was building a new terrorist module in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand at the behest of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, which he entrusted to Mohammad Nadeem.

UP ATS said that Saifullah has also sent several video clips to Nadeem from a fake Facebook Messenger ID, through which youth were being radicalised. In a chat, Saifullah is ordering Mohammad Nadeem to go to PoK to conduct fidayeen attacks and take training in using weapons.
