After 4 years, when HSBC also talked about selling its 6 flats, Jhunjhunwala bought 6 flats from HSBC by bidding the highest amount of Rs 195 crore. In this 70,000 square feet, Jhunjhunwala was building a grand house of 14 buildings.

The bathroom is as big as an average 1 BHK sold in Mumbai, while the dining room is larger than the 3 BHK luxury apartments.
