West Bengal Teacher Recruitment Scam: There is an earthquake in the politics of West Bengal after the ED raid in the teacher recruitment scam. - Minister Partha Chatterjee was arrested on Saturday after hours of interrogation. He was sent to ED custody for 2 days. The 69-year-old minister was also admitted to the hospital after falling ill on Saturday evening.
- The TMC on Saturday said that the government will take action against Partha Chatterjee if he is found guilty in the scam. The party also made it clear that at present he will not be removed from the cabinet.
