Get contact form 7 Install and activate the Contact Form 7 plug-in. Create Slider Revolution Module Create a new Slider and enable the four available breakpoints. Add contact form 7 shortcode Add the contact form 7 shortcode to the text/HTML layer. Adjust layer style Adjust the font color, font size and position of the layer.
Set response behavior In the responsive behavior options, set the options of Smart Inheritance, “Responsive Children” and “Resize Between Devices” to off. Set fixed width Set a fixed width for each responsive viewport
Add custom CSS Add and adjust the following CSS to the custom CSS section of the Slider. Most themes include default styles for contact form elements. Therefore, you may not need to make any style adjustments. But the following CSS will give you more control over setting custom styles for the form.
