Delhi Police Busted Spy Gang: Delhi Police has busted the spy gang. Outer-North District Police of Delhi busted a espionage gang. The police arrested a gang member posing as a customer. Pawan Kumar, an active accused in the gang, has been arrested. While 22-year-old accused Pawan works in Detective Agency, Pankaj, the main kingpin of this gang, is said to be absconding.
Actually, the police had got secret information, a person is providing CDR and other information by taking money from people. After which a decoy team was formed and the person running the detective agency was contacted and the accused agreed to give CDR (call detail record) for 25 thousand rupees. The accused was called to Rohini area and after giving 25 thousand rupees, the accused gave CDR through pen drive. Then the team of AATS Outer North District Police arrested the accused.
Police engaged in investigation
Let us tell you that the office of the Detective Agency is located in Noida. The police is now collecting all the evidence by raiding his office. The police have so far seized the laptop and other items from the accused. The police is trying to find out how many people they have got CDR for so far and who provides them CDR.
The accused Pawan told that many detective agencies of Delhi are doing the same work which provides CDR, Bank Statement, ITR, GST Return, Mobile Location and Ownership as per the requirement of the customer.
The police have doubts about this
Behral, the police have registered a case against the accused under sections 409, 420, 464, 120 of IPC and Telegraph Act at Samaypur Badli Police Station. The police suspect that this is a big gang, in which many arrests can be made in the coming days and people of high level can also be involved in it. Let us tell you that according to the law, you cannot take anyone’s personal information, call details, bank details and other information.
