Delhi Corona Update: The cases of corona virus infection are increasing continuously in the national capital of the country, Delhi. During the last 24 hours in Delhi, 8 patients have died due to corona (COVID-19). The infection rate has reached close to 18 percent. At the same time, 2,146 new cases have been registered in the last 24 hours, while the infection rate is 17.83 percent. The number of active corona patients has reached 8205 today (August 10). These figures are based on the health bulletin issued by the Delhi government.

Let us inform that on Tuesday (August 9) 7 patients died due to Kovid-19 in Delhi, which is the highest number of deaths within 24 hours due to this infectious disease in the last 180 days. At the same time, 2,495 new cases of Kovid-19 were reported in the national capital during this period with an infection rate of 15.41 percent. According to the Delhi Health Department, earlier on February 13, 13 people died due to Kovid-19 in the national capital and 2,668 new cases were reported.

19,75,540 people in the grip of corona in Delhi
The Health Department has said in its latest bulletin that after the new cases were reported on Wednesday, the total number of infected people increased to 19,75,540. At the same time, the death toll increased to 26,351 due to the death of 8 more patients. At the same time, 9,405 beds have been reserved for Kovid-19 patients in many hospitals in Delhi, out of which 536 are bed-ridden patients.
