Bihar: Cabinet formula decided, Congress will get so many ministerial posts, the party state president told

He said that two Congress MLAs will take oath as ministers on August 16. Bhakta Charan Das also said that one more Congress MLA will be included in the next cabinet expansion.

Bihar Congress in-charge said, “In the coalition government in Bihar, the ministerial posts for the Congress have been fixed. The Congress will get a total of three ministerial posts.” Das said that who will become the MLA minister from the Congress side, it is yet to be decided. He said that the party will decide the names of the MLAs about who will take oath in Nitish Kumar’s cabinet on Monday. The news was coming from quoting sources that the Congress was seeking four posts in the cabinet.

A ministerial post may go to Jitan Ram Manjhi’s part

It is also being said by quoting sources that a ministerial post may go to Jitan Ram Manjhi’s party. For this the name of his son MLC Santosh Suman is discussed. It is being said that Nitish Kumar is going to keep the Home Ministry of Bihar with himself as usual. At the same time, the post of Vihar Assembly Speaker can go to the share of RJD.

Cabinet may be formed on this day

Let us tell you that on Monday, August 16, the cabinet of the new Grand Alliance government of Bihar can be formed. Ministers of Nitish Kumar cabinet will take oath on this day. Nitish Kumar recently broke political ties with the BJP and joined the Grand Alliance and formed the government in Bihar with the once staunch rival RJD.

Seven parties are involved in the grand alliance that Nitish Kumar has once again become a part of. The JDU, RJD, Congress, CPIMLL, CPI, CPIM, and Hindustani Awam Morcha are part of the Grand Alliance. There are 160 MLAs in all in the 243-member assembly. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has taken oath as Deputy CM.
