1. Stenographer Grade-III

• Number of Posts: 1
• Pay Scale: PB-2 Rs. 14,000 – 60,500 + GP Rs. 7,400
• Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate from a recognized University.
  • Must possess a Diploma/Certificate in Stenography with a minimum speed of 80 w.p.m in shorthand and computer typing speed of 40 w.p.m.

2. Duftry (Grade-IV)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Pay Scale: PB-1 Rs. 12,000 – 52,000 + GP Rs. 4,400
• Essential Qualification: HSLC pass or equivalent from a recognized Central or State Board.

Age Limit

• UR: 18-40 years
• SC / ST: 18-45 years
• OBC / MOBC: 18-42 years
• PWD: 18-50 years

Selection Procedure

Stenographer Grade-III

• Stenography Test: 90 marks
• Written Test: 70 marks (2 hours duration)
• Interview/Viva-Voce: 20 marks

Duftry

• Written Test (Objective Type Multiple Choices): 50 marks (1.5 hours duration)
• Interview/Viva-Voce: 20 marks
