Job Description:

As the Team Leader – Home Loan, your responsibilities will include:

1. Driving Sales for Loan Sourcing: Take charge of driving sales and achieving targets for loan sourcing.
2. Managing a Team: Lead and manage a team of Direct Sales Executives to ensure their productivity and performance.
3. Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction at the local and area levels, aligning objectives with customer needs and fostering team development.
4. Experience Requirement: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in the home loan/LAP sales domain.
5. Retail Assets Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of retail assets, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to assess customer requirements based on available products.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the Team Leader – Home Loan position, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Educational Qualification: A graduate degree is mandatory. Preferably, an MBA or IIBF certification in any field.
2. Experience: A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in the banking/financial services industry.
