1.  Assistant General Manager (Technical)

No of Posts: 1

Educational Qualification:

• • • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; additional qualifications in MBA or Law are preferred.

Experience:

• • • 18 years in mega infrastructure projects including high-rise buildings, drainage, water supply, and bridges.
    • Experience with DPR preparation, concept reports, and multi-lateral funding agencies is essential.
    • Preferred experience in Government/PSU and Externally Aided Projects.
  • Age Limit: 50 years as of 1st January 2024

2. Senior Manager (IT & EAP)

No of Posts: 1

Educational Qualification:

• • • Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or Master’s in Computer Application from a reputed university.

Experience:

• • • 12 years of post-qualification experience with at least 7 years in handling EAP/ADB/World Bank funded projects.
    • Experience in ICT centric e-governance projects and coordination with Central Ministries and Multilateral Development Banks.

Age Limit: 45 years as of 1st January 2024

3. Assistant Manager – Technical

No of Posts: 2

Educational Qualification:

• • • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; Master’s degree in Public Health or Structural Engineering is preferred.

Experience:

• • • 5 years with a master’s degree or 8 years with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, including 4 years specifically in water supply engineering.

Age Limit: 40 years as of 1st January 2024

4. HR Associate

No of Posts: 1

Educational Qualification:

• • • MBA in Human Resources from a recognized university.

Experience:

• • • 3-5 years in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and system management.

Age Limit: 40 years as of 1st January 2024
