An arbitration panel listened to the case last week and decided that the transfer of loans could not be ratified because the paperwork was sent beyond the deadline of 5 in the afternoon on October 16. It is understood that the cut was extracted by a matter of seconds, instead of minutes, but Grosicki will now stay in Albion for the foreseeable future.
