US kills Al-Qaeda chief Al-Zawahiri in drone attack, second case of monkeypox in the country

The US has killed Al-Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri as part of the Counter-Terrorism Operation in Afghanistan. Confirming this, US President Joe Biden said, ‘Zawahiri had devised a path of murder and violence against American citizens. Now justice has been served and this terrorist leader is no more.”

The Enforcement Directorate will interrogate Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut, who was arrested in the money laundering case, in the presence of his lawyer. Sanjay Raut’s lawyer will reach the ED office between 8:30 am to 9:30 am, after which around 9:30 am ED will interrogate Sanjay Raut in front of the lawyer. Let us tell you that yesterday i.e. on August 1, Raut had appeared in the PMLA court. The court on Monday sent Sanjay Raut, arrested in the money laundering case, to ED custody till August 4. The ED had sought eight days’ custody of Raut.
