Kuno National Park: Preparations to bring South African cheetahs to Palpur Kuno Sanctuary in Sheopur district in Madhya Pradesh by August 15 have been hit. The news is that there will be a delay of two more weeks in bringing the cheetahs. The reason for the delay is that the document has not yet been signed between the President of South Africa and the Indian High Commission. Due to which this project is getting delayed.

Will be brought from Delhi by Air Force helicopter
Special preparations have been made to bring cheetahs from South Africa. Cheetahs will be brought to Delhi in cages from Johannesburg. After that, they will be dropped directly from the Air Force helicopter at the helipad built in Kuno. Senior forest department officer JS Chauhan says that cheetahs will come only in the month of August, but it is not possible to tell on which date they will come.

The complete plan for the arrival, departure and stay of cheetahs is ready. This is a big gift for Madhya Pradesh. By the way, this Palpur Kuno Sanctuary was developed for the lions of Gujarat. But with the advent of Gujarat, now it will be buzzing with cheetahs.
