1. Paramedical Lab Technician
No of posts: 04 [UR: 02 OBC(NCL): 01 EWS: 01]
Educational Qualification and Experience:
(i) Passed 10+2 in Science stream from a Government recognized Board/ University.
(ii) Passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (two year course) from a Government recognized Institute/Medical College.
(iii) Must have minimum 01 (one) year post qualification relevant work experience in laboratory/ hospital having computerized equipment facilities.

OR

i) Passed 10+2 in Science stream from a Government recognized Board/University.
(ii) Passed Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (three year course) from a Government recognized Institute/Medical College.
Age: As on 15/09/2020:
General: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years.
OBC(NCL): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 43 years.

2. Nurse
No of posts: 20 [UR: 10 SC: 01 ST: 02 OBC(NCL): 05 EWS:02]

Educational Qualification and Experience:
(i) Passed 10+2 in any stream from a Government Recognised Board/ University.
(ii) Passed Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from an institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council, Government of India.
(iii) Must have registered with the State Nursing Council.
(iv) Must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience as Nurse in a Government Hospital or well-equipped private hospital of repute.
OR
(i) Passed 10+2 in any stream from a Government Recognised Board/ University.
(ii) Passed B.Sc. (Nursing) from an Institute/University recognized by Indian Nursing Council, Government of India.
(iii) Must have registered with the State Nursing Council.
(iv) Must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience as Nurse in a Government Hospital or well-equipped private hospital of repute
Age: As on 21/09/2020:
General: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years.
SC/ST: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 45 years.
OBC(NCL): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 43 years.

3. Pharmacist
No of posts: 03 (UR: 03)

Educational Qualification and Experience:
(i) Passed 10+2 in Science stream from a Government Recognised Board/University.
(ii) Passed 02 (two) years full time Diploma course in Pharmacy from an institution recognised by Government of India and the Pharmacy Council of India.
(iii) Must have registered with Assam Pharmacy Council and should possess valid professional Pharmacist License.
(iv) Must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience as Pharmacist.
Age: As on 13/10/2020:
General: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years.

4. Nursing Tutor
No of posts: 01 (UR: 01)

Educational Qualification and Experience:
(i) Passed B.Sc. (Nursing) from an Institute/University recognized by Indian Nursing Council, Government of India.
(ii) Must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant professional experience preferably in teaching.
Age: N/A.

5. Librarian cum Clerk
No of posts: 01 (UR: 01)

Educational Qualification and Experience:
(i) Passed Bachelor in Library & Information Science from a Government recognized university.
(ii) Passed minimum 06 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application and should be fully conversant with MS Office, Internet, E-mail correspondence etc.

(i) 01 (One) recent 3cm X 3cm coloured photograph.
(ii) Original and self-attested photocopy of documents/certificates/testimonials as under:
– Admit Card/Marksheet/Pass Certificate of Class 10 issued by concerned Government recognised education board indicating date of birth.
– Marksheets and pass certificates/diploma/degree certificate of essential educational qualification; valid registration certificate issued by State Nursing Council/Assam Pharmacy Council, as applicable; experience certificate, if applicable; valid caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) from Competent Government Authority, if applicable; valid non-creamy layer certificate from Competent Government Authority, if applicable; valid Income and Asset certificate to be produced by economically weaker sections issued by the Competent Government Authority, if applicable; valid disability certificate from Competent Government Authority, if applicable and any other documents/certificates/testimonials from Competent Authority in support of candidature.
– Valid Identity Proof and valid Address Proof from Competent Government Authority.
(iii) No-Objection Certificate from concerned employer, in original, in case the applicant is working in any Government Department/Organisation/PSU.
