Vacancies for the post of Office Attendant in Group ‘C’

Note: $ Includes 04 Vacancies at NBSC, Lucknow
@ includes backlog vacancies (01 OBC at AP, 8 ST & 6 OBC at HO Mumbai, 01 SC at Rajasthan and 01 OBC at Telengana)

NABARD Recruitment 2020- Educational Qualification

Educational Qualification (as on 01-12-2019)

1. A candidate should have passed 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from the concerned State/UT coming under the State/Regional Office to which he/she is applying. Such qualification should be from a recognized board.
2. Candidates possessing Graduation and higher qualification are not eligible to apply. The applicants will be required to give self-declaration in this regard in online application/at the time of appointment and/or as demanded by the Bank during the recruitment process.

NABARD Recruitment 2020- Age Limit

The candidate must be between 18 and 30 years of age as on 01/12/2019, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/12/1989 and not later than 01/12/2001 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.

Relaxation in the Upper Age Limit: Upper age limit will be relaxed as under:

The selection will be done on the basis of two phase Online Tests (as given below) and Language Proficiency Test (LPT).

NABARD Recruitment 2020- Pay Scale

Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.10940/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.10940-380(4)-12460-440(3)-13780-520(3)-15340- 690(2)-16720-860(4)-20160-1180(3)-23700 applicable to Office Attendants in Group ‘C’ and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 24000/-

NABARD Recruitment 2020- Application Fee

Application fee (exclusive of applicable GST) for the post of would be as under:
