Leicester City have contacted with Bayer Leverkusen center Jonathan Tah defense, according to reports from Germany. City are desperate to bring in a new center half before the closure of the transfer window in less than fifteen days, and German the international has been linked as an alternative to the number one goal Wesley Fofana in Saint-Etienne.
The, 24, has been out of reckoning with the first team with Leverkusen, and was on the bench for their first two games of the season, with Sven Bender and Edmond Tapsoba starting torque. Former City loanee Aleksandar Dragovic is also in their ranks, and came on as a substitute in one of the luminaries.
The report adds that Leverkusen are focusing on strengthening its workforce, rather than letting the players go after Kevin Volland sales to Kai Havertz Monaco and Chelsea.
