Announcement of free electricity-free health service

Keeping in mind the upcoming Gujarat Assembly elections, Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday made several promises ranging from providing free electricity supply to improving health services in the state. The Aam Aadmi Party leader claimed that around 25 lakh households in Punjab have got zero electricity bills and many people living in Delhi are also privileged for the same. AAP is in power in both Punjab and Delhi.

Kejriwal said, “Our first promise is regarding electricity supply. People are in misery in Gujarat. Electricity bill is very high. We have made electricity supply free in Delhi. About 25 lakh households in Punjab have just recently Free electricity has been supplied in the state. People got zero electricity bill.”

“Soon, a total of 51 lakh households in Punjab will get only zero bills. We will ensure round the clock power supply here in Gujarat too. We will also waive off last year’s bills,” he said.

Will give employment to youth in Gujarat

Kejriwal also assured employment to unemployed youth in Gujarat. He said, “The youth here lament the lack of livelihood. In a few years, we have given employment to 12 lakh youth in Delhi. We had also provided employment of Rs 3,000 per month to the unemployed here. ,

Kejriwal further alleged that the BJP has waived off loans worth Rs 10 lakh crore of its “friends”. “It should be investigated why BJP took this step and how much money they gave to BJP for charity,” he said.

People’s choice of Aam Aadmi Party in Gujarat too

“AAP’s popularity is increasing in Gujarat. I asked people whether we should provide free education, health and electricity here. 99 per cent people said that there should be free education, 97 per cent said it should be here. Healthcare In free treatment, 91 per cent said that there should be free electricity.” Arvind Kejriwal is on a two-day visit to Gujarat from Saturday as part of his campaign ahead of the assembly elections to be held in December this year.
