Only last week, China had announced that from Tibet to Xinjiang is going to build a new expressway highway (G-695) which will pass through Aksai-Chin in India.

On Monday, in addition to the information about the roads on the India-China border, the Minister of State for Defense also told the Parliament that in the last five years, the BRO has covered 1336.09 km on the Pakistan border (total cost 4242 crore), 151.15 km on the Myanmar border (total cost 882.52 crore). And 19.25 km (total cost 165.45 crore) has been constructed on Bangladesh border.
