Position: Emergency Management Executive (EME)
Vacancy: 03 Nos
Qualification: JE / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Automobile)
Experience: 1-3 years in the Automobile sector / Freshers can apply
Salary: Negotiable based on current salary
Location: Anywhere in Assam
Job Description:
District Coordination: Work as a district coordinator, ensuring the efficient management of 108 services 24/7 in the designated territory.
Resource Management:
- Prepare duty rosters, schedule resources, and manage manpower/Ambulances.
- Oversee attendance, leave, and performance management of EMTs and Ambulance drivers.
Operational Planning: Generate and implement monthly calendars for ambulance location visits, inspections, and record maintenance.
Training Coordination: Coordinate and execute regular training modules for EMTs/Drivers (Internal/External).
HR Coordination:
- Coordinate with the HR team in handling disciplinary issues.
- Escalate unresolved concerns of EMTs and Ambulance drivers timely.
Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly meet senior government officials and ensure partner relations with district officials and Hospital authorities.
- Reporting: Track and submit MIS & Management reports to your reporting manager.
Maintenance and Performance:
- Ensure the uptime and optimal performance of ambulances.
- Manage the maintenance of the ambulances.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory at district and ambulance levels (Spares/Medical equipment/Medical Consumables).
Vendor Relations: Identify and enhance business relations with local vendors (Spare part dealers, workshops, tyre & battery supplying agencies, fuel filling stations and agencies).
Additional Tasks: Perform additional activities assigned by reporting managers as needed.
