ED has recovered about 40 crore cash from the house of Arpita Banerjee, a close aide of Partha Chatterjee and raids are on. Meanwhile, the details of Partha Chatterjee’s property have come to the fore, in which shocking figures have been seen.
If you are thinking that this shocking thing is to increase the wealth manifold, then you are wrong. According to the income shown by Partha Chatterjee, there has been a steady decline in his income in the last 10 years. That is, the accused of crores of rupees scam officially reduced his income continuously.
Partha Chatterjee showed his income like this
According to the information revealed, according to Partha Chatterjee’s 2021 election affidavit, Chatterjee had a total of Rs 1,48,676. On the other hand, if we talk about 2011 10 years before this, Chatterjee had told his cash in hand only Rs 6300. Now if we talk about IT returns, then the total income of Partha Chatterjee shown in the IT returns of 2010-11 was Rs 1164555. But 10 years later in the 2021 election affidavit, Partha Chatterjee showed total income of Rs 539720 in IT returns. That is, in 10 years, instead of increasing, the income of Partha Chatterjee decreased. Now questions are being raised about such claim of Partha Chatterjee.
Let us tell you that Arpita Mukherjee is considered close to Partha Chatterjee, both were seen together in many events. Arpita used to call Partha Chatterjee her guru. But when the ED found notes worth crores of rupees in her house, Arpita said that she has nothing to do with it. That is, the charge of all this black money is on Partha Chatterjee. At present, both are in the custody of the ED and they are being questioned. After the arrest of Partha Chatterjee, now Mamta has removed him from the post of minister.
