Hidayatullah Law University Convocation: Chief Justice of India (CJI) NV Ramana attended the convocation ceremony of Hidayatullah National Law University (NHLU) located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. On this occasion, while addressing the graduating students, he said, “I request all of you to take up as many selfless cases as possible, like Justice Hidayatullah did as a young barrister. It is up to you how you shape the future of the country. The ideologies you write, the policies you make, the arguments and presentations you file in court, and the ethics that you hold dear, all these will have far-reaching implications.
CJI NV Ramana further told the students, “You become a ray of social justice. I urge all of you to use the skills you have learned in the university to further the goals of justice. The most vulnerable are often the victims of human rights violations by the state or anti-social elements. ,
so many students got PhD degree
According to the information, the university has 160 students of BA LLB Honors from 2015-2020 batch, 147 students of BA LLB Honors from 2016-2021 batch, 49 students of LLM from 2019-20 batch and 61 students of LLM. Four students are being awarded PhD degrees. In the convocation, 23 students are being awarded gold medals for their outstanding performance. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel also attended the convocation, it is being said.
