• Knowledge of Audi vehicles and their technical specifications is a plus

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Experience: Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years in after-sales management in the automotive industry.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Role

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati. As an After-Sales (Service) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the after-sales service operations at our Audi dealership in Guwahati. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Managing the service team
• Ensuring timely and quality service delivery of vehicles to customers
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Monitoring service metrics
• Collaborating with other departments to improve service processes
