Assam reports 2785 COVID 19 Cases in a Day

Every day is a new record as COVID 19 cases are climbing day by day. A total of 2,785 new COVID-19 on Monday, cases of 38,611 tests carried out in the last 24 hours was recorded. The Assam positivity rate now stands at 7.21 percent.
Of the new cases detected today were Kamrup 675 (M), 220 from Dibrugarh, 165 and 126 from Jorhat Lakhimpur. Until the submission of this report, the total cases in Assam stood at 1,28,244 with 31.048 active cases.

A total of 96823 patients have recovered from the infection. This was reported by the health minister of Assam in a tweet.
