The COVID-19 deaths in Assam increased to 528 with 17 more positive patients succumb to the disease, while the workload status rose to 1.50349 after 1,380 infections occurred on Thursday.

Baksa and one metropolitan and in the districts of Tinsukia, Cachar, Dibrugarh, Darrang and Dhubri.
The new cases include 3266 376 123 Kamrup and Jorhat districts. New infections were detected out of 20,557 tests in the last 24 hours, Sarma said.
Assam now has 30,454 active cases, while 1,19,364 patients have recovered from the disease and three migrated out of the state.
