A sub-reviewer of police, posted at the Panery PS of Udalguri area, supposedly ended it all on Friday morning by shooting himself in his quarter.
The expired in his late fifties has been recognized as Sukumar Talukdar.
He shot himself with his 9 mm administration gun, said Bhergaon Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Nirmal Ghosh.Sources educated that the expired official was known to be true and devoted to his work.
He was the second responsible for the police station.He was an inhabitant of Chamata in Nalbari region and is made due by two girls and spouse.
His body was later recovered in nearness of an officer and sent for after death at Udalguri Civil Hospital.
In the interim, police have enlisted a case and are examining into the issue.
