Assam has enlisted 814 new COVID19 positive cases, taking the state’s general count to 13,336.
Affirming the news, Assam wellbeing pastor Himanta Biswa Sarma in his most recent tweet on the state’s COVID19 status said out of the 814 new positive cases, 588 are from the Guwahati city alone.
“Alert ~ 814 new #COVID19 cases identified today, 588 from Guwahati City,” the wellbeing priest said in his tweet.
Expressing that the “numbers are not empowering”, the wellbeing priest included, “Discretion is basic.”
With the new cases, the all out number of dynamic COVID19 cases in Assam currently remains at 4,988. Prior, a sum of 8,329 COVID19 patients have been released from different common, region and model medical clinics across Assam while 3 cases have moved from the state.
On Tuesday, two people including a lady kicked the bucket of COVID19 in Assam, taking the state’s loss of life to 16. The primary casualty, recognized as 40-year-old Dhadaram Mura was from Koliabor in Nagaon area while the lady casualty from Kamrup region was distinguished as Devi Kakati.
