1. Resilient Social Sector & Infrastructure Specialist

• Number of Positions: 1
• Educational Qualification & Competency:
  • Postgraduate and higher-level University degree in Social Science, Environmental Science, Development Studies, Management Studies, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing programs/projects related to social sector resilience or risk reduction, funded by state/national governments or international agencies.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including line departments, the private sector, NGOs, and associations.

2. Resilient Livelihood Specialist

• Number of Positions: 1
• Educational Qualification & Competency:
  • Postgraduate degree in relevant areas such as Natural Resource Management, Agricultural Development, Climatology/Meteorology, Water Resources Management, Environmental Sciences, Disaster Management, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • A Doctorate/PhD degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience working on agriculture and livelihood projects at the state and local levels.

3. Preparedness and Building Back Better Specialist

• Number of Positions: 1
• Educational Qualification & Competency:
  • Postgraduate degree in Disaster Management, International Development or Humanitarian Assistance, Development Studies, Social Science, Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields.
  • Retired officers with at least 3 years of experience in disaster preparedness, response, and recovery programs are eligible.
  • Experience in program monitoring and evaluation, including the application of SPHERE standards and integration of gender equality approaches. Knowledge of Core Humanitarian Standards and national/state disaster management manuals and policies is essential.

4. Shared Resilience and Finance Management Specialist

• Number of Positions: 1
• Educational Qualification & Competency:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Financial Management, or Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance.
  • A PhD in a relevant subject will be given additional weightage.
  • Experience in project appraisal of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and international projects.
