3 murders in last 8 days in Karnataka, Section 144 implemented after killing of Muslim youth

Karnataka Murder Case: A dreadful incident was carried out in Mangalore city of Karnataka. In which some people wearing masks targeted a young man named Faizal and beat him up badly. In which the young man lost his life. Since the incident, there is a lot of discussion about it, as well as an atmosphere of tension can be seen in the area. In view of this, all necessary steps are being taken by the police. Police has imposed Section 144 in the entire area. In the last about a week, this is the third murder case in Dakshina Kannada district.

Regarding the continuous killings in the district, CM Basavaraj Bommai said that, for us, the lives of all people are precious and equal. We will take strict action in all three murder cases. Necessary steps will be taken if needed. This can also be the UP model and action can also be taken under the Karnataka model.

Mangalore Police Commissioner N Sasikumar told about this whole matter that, we have appealed to all Muslim leaders to offer Namaz at their homes only. Which will help in maintaining peace and order. He told that, for what reason the accused carried out this murder, it is currently being investigated. We appeal to the people not to pay heed to any kind of rumours.

The police commissioner further said that all the liquor shops in the area will remain completely closed on July 29. He told about this matter that, we are talking to the eyewitnesses present on the spot and a case of murder has been registered at Surathkal police station. Keeping in mind the safety of everyone, Section 144 has been imposed. Let us tell you that this youth named Faizal is being told as an informer of the police, that is why the police is investigating from every angle.

Let us inform that earlier a BJP worker Praveen Nettar was murdered in Dakshina Kannada district itself. He was attacked with an ax, after which he died. Since this murder, fierce demonstrations are going on in the entire district. Two accused have been arrested in this case. At the same time, it was also talked about giving compensation to the family from the CM side. It has been told that the accused are associated with PFI. Earlier on July 19, an 18-year-old youth was also murdered. Now these cases had not even calmed down that the murder of a Muslim youth has created a sensation in the area, after the continuous killings, the police administration is on alert.
