2 arrested for molesting woman at Rajiv Chowk metro station, one manager and the other student

Delhi Women Molested on Rajiv Chowk Metro Station: Delhi Metro Police has arrested 2 people for molesting and misbehaving with a woman at Rajiv Chowk. One accused Luv Bagga is working on a good position in a multinational company, while the other accused Shiv Om Gupta is doing MBA from Delhi University (DU). Both of them have been arrested by the special staff of Metro Police. Metro Police DCP Jitendra Mani said that on May 3, a woman complained to the police through a tweet post.

The woman had told in her complaint, she has been molested and abused at Rajiv Chowk metro station, as well as threatened. Based on the complaint, an FIR was registered at Rajiv Chowk Metro Police Station under sections 354, 354A, 506, 509 and 34 of the IPC. In view of the seriousness of the matter, the investigation was handed over to the Special Staff. The special staff checked the footage of the CCTV cameras.

The search for the accused was for 3 months
Information was collected about people entering and exiting the metro station. After a hard struggle of about 3 months, the police caught Luv Bagga (38), an accused in this case, on 4 August. On the spot, the police also arrested the second accused Shiv Om Gupta. Police say that till now no criminal record of both the accused has been found in the investigation.

An accused married employee of a reputed company
Among the accused, Love Bagga is a senior manager in a company named Genpact. He is highly qualified. His posting is in Mumbai, but he is doing work from home. He is married and also has a child. On the other hand, the second accused is studying MBA from Delhi University.
