Wellbeing pastor Sarma said the COVID19 casualties are 45-year-old Subrata Patra from Kamrup Metro locale, 65-year-old Haren Mahanta from Sivasagar region, 53-year-old Sukendra Kumar Tanti from Tinsukia and 80-year-old Madan Dutta from Dibrugarh region.
